Positive The location is excellent, right in the heart of Manhattan and close to many tourist attractions. Having a subway station just one block away was perfect for getting around. We really appreciated the luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out; it was incredibly helpful. A special shout-out to Henry, who was very attentive and kept us updated
