Positive Value for NYC! It's a great place for the money, and I came in with the right expectations. You share a bathroom and go upstairs to shower. I got confused about how to use the key fob but somebody else there helped me out, and was very nice about it.

Positive very comfortable bed, two heaters and ac, a tv, wifi, table with chair in room, bathroom right next to me, closet with hangers. there was everything i needed for a comfortable stay!

Positive As soon as I walk to the apartment it felt like home and wanted to stay there forever. The host will help with any accommodation and gives great advice/ tips. The building is safe, clear, close to the station and Trader Joe’s Nothing to dislike about the property and will definitely come back again.
