Positive Beautiful, comfortable property. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and it had a kitchen that was great for making breakfast in the morning. It's a very easy walk to everything, and it really gave me the Hawaiian feel I was looking for. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Positive The TV was not working when we got to our room. I called the front desk and an employee came up within 5 minutes and had the TV working. Extra towels were brought in within minutes of me calling and asking for them. Room was very clean and the full size fridge, stove and microwave were wonderful.

Positive We have stayed at the Ilikai 7 times and every visit has been delightful. The studios are comfortable and well equipped. The a/c works very well and is quiet. We have never heard noise from our rooms. We love its location (walk to Waikiki or Ala Moana), its facilities (restaurants, shops, spas, convenience store, pool, library). Staff have been very helpful
