    Positive The rental is on the top floor with a great view of the Kailua-Kona waterfront. Communication from the management team was very good in providing information on access and also with a what to do booklet. The location is great for an easy walk to many different restaurants and super convenient. The rooms have almost everything you could need for a comfortable
