Positive Staff was great, location in the center of down town was perfect. Others have complained about noise but we found it quiet. Maybe the occasional ambulance but it is center city.

Positive We loved the room size and layout. Plenty of storage and room to move around. There were ample outlets on the bedside tables and the bathroom as well.

Positive This is a great hotel with high ceilings, large rooms and very comfortable mattresses and pillows. I haven't had this good a sleep in ages. The sofa was comfortable and good for relaxing and I made use of the table and round chair to get some work done. I wish I had a few more days here in the heart of Chicago.
