Positive The staff were friendly, kind, cheerful. The spaces are lovely. The location is wonderful, easy walking to Oakland museums, etc. Great bus connection right outside. I loved my deep bathtub!

Positive what a unique location and property. Unfortunately, we arrived for a late check in and were up and out bright and early so we didn't get to take advantage of all Mansions on Fifth had to offer. But we loved all the minutes we were there. If the chance arises, we'll be back.
