Positive Very clean. Right across the street to public beach which had a great tiki bar/restaurant overlooking the sand volleyball courts. Nice pool and bbq grills with plenty of sun or shaded areas. Nice view of pond. Enjoyed watching the turtles from our balcony. My son’s friends could visit because armbands were not required for visitors like many of the other res
