    Positive The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming - they let me check in early, and even let me drop my bags off before the room was ready! The room's amenities were better than I expected from a motel - the TV was large and modern, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfier than many 3/4 star hotels.
