Positive The space was beautifully decorated and very clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom and lighting was great, and the TV worked well.

Positive I like the that. The place was really very nice and clean quiet. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in in a long time. I would definitely recommend this place and if I ever come back to Chicago that would be one place I would definitely want to stay at again. They even have a great hot breakfast

Positive All the front desk staff are great, competent, friendly and always helpful. I’ve stayed here three times. The breakfast is good, the rooms are comfortable and clean.
