Positive We were greeted like royalty and we are far from that status. David the Bellman was incredibly polite, welcoming and so very helpful! Staff at the desk were absolutely fabulous and greeted me with a huge Happy Birthday as I was there celebrating turning 60 with my sisters. They also surprised us with cupcakes in our room.
