Positive Our room is clean, the lobby is clean, the hallway smells and looks clean. The customer service is awesome. The lady who attended us adjusted our room locations so we are at least close to each other. We booked 4 rooms, with 8 adults and 8 kids. Location is great. It’s right on universal blvd. Positive This is the fifth time I stay at this place and it every time it’s better, I always get one with the balcony and the one that has the spa tub which my girlfriend love for her bath, very nice and clean and they have everything u need utensils wise to make a meal so u don’t have to spend out getting food
