Positive Very easy and quick access to Universal studios, City Walk and Islands of Adventure. Staff were very accommodating for request for a roll away bed but did charge for it which I haven’t ever had to pay extra for. Beds were comfy. The pool and other facilities looked wonderful but we could only stay one night sadly so we weren’t able to enjoy them. We will def

Positive The hotel offers own security line before getting into Citywalk. Made it to number 5 in line for park entry. Takes 10 minutes to walk to front gate! Worth the value for stress free.
