    Positive Extremely comfortable and spacious, traditional accommodations. Staff were friendly and so helpful. The meals and onsite outdoor onsen were fabulous! Great location to see the apple orchards, hiking and skiing as well as the monkeys. A fun place to visit.

    Positive During our trip to Japan we stayed in 19 different accommodations, this was by far the most helpful & welcoming staff! The dinner was spectacular & the outdoor onsen was an extra special treat. Amazing shuttle service to the monkey park & to & from the train station, with a friendly & curtious driver. We highly recommend this accommodation.
