Positive You can tell how much care is put into this place. Everything was well taken care of and cleanly and the atmosphere was great. Very relaxing! The staff was great too, very kind. I loved staying here and would definitely come again!

Positive The location was perfect! Town of Shibu onsen was easily accessible and then the shuttle service to the train station and the monkeys means you never felt like you were far from anything The best meals we are in Japan were probably dinner and breakfast here. Absolutely incredible cooking and presentation. We loved every bit of it!

Positive Meals were amazing. Service was amazing. We felt like honored guests in the owner's home. We were treated with great kindness and care. We appreciated the transportation from the train station and to the monkey park. The room was the nicest we have experienced during our trip.
