    Positive The location was very quiet but still allowed easy access to nearby shops and the Koiwa train station. The air condition kept the room cool. Roof access was nice and offered a nice place to relax and take in the sights.

    Positive The apartment was clean and tidy. The location was great - 6 minutes walk from the train station and there's a direct bus to Disneyland nearby. The apartment was stocked with toiletries and laundry detergent. There is a place to hang your clothes on the roof after doing laundry. The staff was available for questions. Very good overall:)
