Positive The penthouse was very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, would fit 8-10 persons easily, washing machine & dryer, en-suite toilet in each room, lovely living area, amazing views from the windows, staff were amazing, Yamato luggage shipping option, two onsen that can be used privately.

Positive Nice hotel with welcoming Australian staff. The Onsen was closed when we got there which was disappointing because it was one of the reasons we chose this location. The staff was kind and let us use their sister hotels facilities so it ended up being fine. The room was nice and had everything we needed.
