    Positive The owner was very kind and welcoming and made us feel at home right away. Our 4-bed room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The whole building is gorgeous, Japanese style, with a lovely waterfall garden out front (which was covered in snow during our trip!) The private onsen downstairs was a treat. The owner was generous enough to let us store our bags on
