    Positive Very clean and well designed. We were a family of three adults and comfortable. We liked the fact that there were upstairs and downstairs toilets, a nice bathroom downstairs that included a bathtub, shower, and washing machine. Nice common area. Good restaurants nearby and a 7/11 convenience store across the street. Close to Kyoto Station—but not too close.

    Positive The location was amazing not to far from kyoto station and very close to shichijo station which gives you Access to the center of Kyoto(kawaramachi) and a direct line to Osaka as well
