    Positive Provided with free luggage service where they delivered our luggages to our hotel from the Check In Guest Centre near Kyoto Station - which was awesome! Staff were lovely and it was convenient for us to be able to store our luggage with them and have it delivered instead of lugging it there ourselves. Hotel was a lot more spacious than we were expecting. Bed

    Positive The location of this apartment was perfect. Bus stop outside the door. The neighbourhood is fantastic, a great mix of the very old and new. Incredible Izakayas within a few blocks. Cannot wait to return.

    Positive The room was extremely spacious (Japan standards). Bed was quite big, very comfortable. The bathroom has a bathtub, it's also heated, which is great. Although the rooms are dated, they are very clean and neat. The neighborhood is quiet, feels very safe at night.
