    Positive It is clean, comfortable and quiet. The price is very good in a tourist city. There are supermarkets and department stores right around the corner. Moreover, there are many small restaurants with local atmosphere with 10-minute walking distance. There are also many bus routes around and the bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away.
