Positive The hotel is amazing—fantastic location with a beautiful, spacious suite. The private onsen bath on the balcony was a highlight, and the large onsen and sauna facilities on the top floor were exceptional. Service throughout the stay was immaculate, and the cocktail hours in the lounge were a great added touch.

Positive It was so clean and relaxing the moment you walk into the hotel lobby. You are greeted by aromatherapy wherever you go and kind staff that are there ready to assist you. My husband and I tried the traditional ryokan stays before and although it’s a wonderful cultural experience, we prefer the comfort of a modern hotel room.
