Positive The service at this hotel was exceptional. The gentleman at the concierge was truly a highlight of our stay with his warm and welcoming nature. When I mentioned that we were looking for a restaurant with vegetarian options, he immediately contacted a local spot that fit our needs and arranged a taxi for us as well. Positive Taka saan the host was great. He offered to drive us into town on multiple occasions. The hotel’s front desk area is also a tea shop. The onsen was a great space.

Positive The property owners are friendly. They go above and beyond. They also speak english, chinese and japanese fluently, which is a surprise in a 8 rooms small inn. Beautiful japanese style inn with wooden tub and onsen. Surprised with an ocean view also. There are a lot of restaurant near by.
