    Positive Everything. The staff were so good with us and our 9 month old. They were patient, supportive and really made the visit. The room + the ensuite onsen was perfect. The public onsen in the hotel and it was fantastic. Their half board breakfast and dinner were some of the best food we had our whole trip. We couldn’t rave about this hotel more. We left this morn

    Positive I especially liked the Onsen both the private one in our room and shared one outdoor. The location across the street from a Buddhist garden path with shrines was one of the most magical sites I experienced in our 2 weeks in Japan - More serene and private than Kyoto.
