Positive This was a very clean and comfortable hotel, right on the ski slopes. We sent our skiis to and from Narita airport via the affordable luggage delivery. Room was huge and clean, onsen was nice, staff was very helpful and friendly. Discount ski lift tickets are available at the front desk.

Positive Good location Ski in/out. They also have the ticket discount at front desk. Nice hot spring and the drink/wine are included in the dinner buffet. It’s good hotel for family trip.
