Positive EVERYTHING! Kyotaka and Yuka are waiter and waitress for dinner and breakfast were lovely. The included meals were terrific. Spacious room! Onsen experience was top notch. Proximity to the ski slopes was excellent.

Positive Amazing setting with semi-private onsen and the option for a one hour private onsen. This was critical for the one member of our party who is trans. Staff were incredibly kind, efficient and effective. The dinner and breakfast will forever be two of our most memorable meals. Beautiful experience all around!
