    Positive The check in was quick & easy, the guy on the desk was very friendly & helpful. We had a budget room, the bed was clean & comfortable, the window opened & closed ok, there was a little street noise which quietened down later in the evening. The shared shower & toilet rooms were small but clean. The location was great, 100 yards from a pub with real ale & hom
