Positive The room and all of the details were beautiful. The service was an 11/10- beyond our expectations. We called down for a steamer and a bucket of ice and they responded within minutes. The little extra snacks and coffee and tea was a bonus. A wonderful boutique hotel in Chelsea. Highly recommend!
