Positive I have stayed in this hotel several times and am quite happy with it. It is one of the cheapest hotels in London and is only a short walk to Marble Arch tube station. There is a very good cafe that serves breakfast just around the corner (it is closed for refurbishment but will open again soon). Everyone is friendly and they are available to check in late. I
