    Positive I did not get breakfast because I woke up late. However, I came down to the lobby, and the "receptionist" said the coffee machines were still on, and I could help myself to a cup. I thought that was so nice of her, and that made my stay special and why I provided the highest scores possible in the survey. A little bit of kindness goes a long way.
