Positive Shout out to the manager (I think his name was Mark) who played Tetris with r ages when I checked in to get me a lower bed after I just had surgery at hospital. Went above and beyond. Cheers!

Positive Everything,the perfect location the excellent bar and food.The most welcoming and nice helpful staff and of course if you're a night owl like me then the 24hr bar is ideal unlike other Hostels including Expensive Hotels.I highly recommend,no wonder it was fully booked the day after.💯👌

Positive Thank you for allowing me a late check-in around 12:00 AM. I must say, the hostel location is perfect. I do have one small suggestion: would it be possible to provide an option for making tea or accessing hot water? Even a small pantry area for guests would be very helpful, in case a common kitchen is not possible. I had to get my tea and coffee from the bar
