Positive Location is excellent, and the apartments are in a beautifully renovated building. There's plenty of space for 2 people, they're well furnished and equipped, and very comfortable. Plenty of privacy and well soundproofed between the apartments. Information from the hosts was really well put together and no issues with things like key collection, access, check

Positive The flat was finished to an exceptionally high standard with attention to detail. The furniture and top-quality appliances appeared to be all brand new, and having a washer/dryer was a real convenience. The location is ideal for exploring Exeter. Good communication with the friendly owner.
