Positive The breakfast buffet was excellent, highly suggest adding to reservation. Location is amazing; less than a 5 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and Green Park tube station and plenty of walkable restaurants and shopping.

Positive Every thing was perfect except that there were no body lotion and toothpaste.so we had to ask but it was not a big deal

Positive We love everything about this hotel. The location is perfect and the staff are so friendly so thank you ! Hotel lobby is lovely and the rooms are spacious and clean and have all the facilities. Love the lounge with breakfast and snacks and drinks. All in all, we had a wonderful stay
