Positive The property was clean, modern and all the facilities needed for an overnight stay. The owner was very accommodating and made sure we had what we needed. Excellent and would recommend to others.

Positive We chose this property for the price and proximity to Beamish Museum which is just a short drive away. It was advertised without breakfast and yet the host provided some basic cereals, fresh milk, fruit juice etc, which was a bonus. Plates and cutlery were also supplied, with permission to bring local takeaways back to the room. The facilities were exception

Positive The landlord looked after us very well. The room was clean and well-equipped, including the breakfast arrangements - cornflakes, youghurt and fresh milk, with tea and coffee making facilities. Sacriston is Ideally situated for Durham, a 25 minute bus ride (No 16) away. The inn has a good sized private car park. Sacriston is a former mining village, proud of
