    Positive Location, Location !!! Handy for frequent local bus services to Newcastle, Durham, Sunderland and Beamish Museum, and the railway station was only ten minutes walk away too.     Positive Lovely room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Friendly welcoming staff. Free parking. In the centre of town but still quiet. Breakfast is a cooked on. Plenty of choice even though not a buffet. Catered for gluten free.
