Positive Alessio at the front desk was exceptional. He was like having a dear friend at the front desk. Room was very comfortable, as was the bed. Easy location, right on several Bus lines. They also held my bags while I did a free Edinburgh walking tour as well as a Tour of Edinburgh Castle. Highly recommend.

Positive Location was perfect for walking, bus, taxi, or driving. Right on edge of Holyrood Park, so walking options. Don't miss walking through Innocent Railway Tunnel! Shopping Street two buildings away with food shops, bookstores, charity shops, restaurants. Good breakfast buffet! Single room was perfect!

  • Ciara Verified guest review

Positive It was very clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice, lots of healthy options. The garden was big, lots of space. A few free parking spaces at the front. Located in a nice area close to the university.
