Tim Verified guest review

Positive Very pleasant and helpful staff members overall. Very good and consistently clean facilities. Such as small personal bed stand lights, clean linens, multiple bathrooms/showers, kitchen with fridge, stove, eating and cooking utensils. Also the downstairs public bar provides continental breakfast in the morning. Plus very good location close to Tube.

Cristin Verified guest review

Positive I arrived late (11:30pm) but staff was excellent, showed me how to use the key pads, they’re there 24/7 which left me feeling safe. (Solo female traveler) Simple bunk beds - I requested a bottom bunk for my disability and they gladly reserved it for me. I asked for an extra sheet to hang for privacy. Bunkmates were super quiet/considerate. Breakfast downstai
