    Positive The staff was extra ordinary, met 2 receptionists both were so welcoming and lovely one was Romanian one was Pakistani, forgot the names but everything was exceptionally clean, and just everything about it was lovely, would surely rebook when in london

    Positive The location may seem a bit far to the center but its literally next to a Central tube station so its really easy to travel. Staff is really nice. Rooms are a bit small but we had no space issue with 2 big suitcases. Clean rooms.
