    Positive Very clean and they have EVERYTHING I needed. Pots, pans, dishes, mugs, cups... EVERYTHING!! And the customer service was incredible! I won't stay ANYWHERE ELSE in Chicago now that I found Grand House!!!

    Positive Easy location to get to from the CTA and walking distance to a lot of places. The room was very spacious, shared bathroom was very clean. Suite also came with kitchen which was fantastic, coffee machine and fridge were great to have.
