Positive The property was in a great location next to so many great restaurants and bars. We loved St Marks place and all Tompkins square which were all 5 mins away. The subway was across the street and you could be in central Manhattan in 15 mins which was great!! The property was clean, well equipped and quiet. The bed and sofa bed were really comfy.
