Positive The front desk associate was very helpful and personable. She explained all we needed to know about our stay and breakfast in the morning. Our room was a good size, had everything we needed, and was very clean. Our beds were fresh and very comfortable. Also, we slept well as it was very quiet in the hotel and outside as well. Breakfast was served much differ

Positive We were allowed to checking early which was very convenient with our luggage. The staff was friendly The room was clean with fresh towels. We had internet and a large TV by hotel standards. It was located close to restaurants and coffee and we were within a 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal.

Positive The size of the room was plenty for a solo traveler. There was parking available in the back of the building and the NYC ferry was close by. The property is off the beaten path in an industrial area so it feels more private.
