    Positive The location is very convenient to Subway Toei Line and M Line. Nearby McDonald, Family Mart and 7-11. There are also have more food options. Room was very clean and comfortable to stay. The owner is very kind and allow me to early check in and late check out (without extra charge). I went Tokyo for Tokyo Marathon, all around are support me.

    Positive Spacious and well appointed, clean and tidy. Good location: quiet, laundry mat, restaurants, food stores, pharmacy, tube stations all within a few minutes walk. Only about 15 minutes easy walk from main Shinjuku station.

    Positive Compared to hotels in Shinjuku, the value for this property was much higher! I had heard how expensive staying in Shinjuku was, and I was pleasantly surprised to stay in such a spacious and cozy apartment. About a 20 minute walk to the Shinjuku Central station, but the walk is beautiful and exciting. Very close to a large and beautiful park. Very happy with
