Positive Location was fine and close to Nishi Shinjuku station. Quiet neighborhood but few nearby restaurants if you look on google maps. Bath, toilet and kitchen area are small but that was expected and fine overall.

Positive The location was very convenient, but also calm and quiet. The apartment itself was spacious (for Tokyo), comfortable, clean, and had great amenities. The J-Arc staff was easy to deal with and responsive.
