Positive The location was great. It seems a bit out of the way, but its really central to a lot of Shinjuku. Close to the trains, conbini, a market, and even restaurants and cafes. The place itself was clean, organized, and tight--expected for Tokyo. With a cute little balcony too, and a laundry machine. I really loved the place and our experience there.

Positive The rooms are extremely clean, the facilities are very convenient, everything is fully equipped, even welcome drinks and food. The furniture is very new and very good. There is a convenience store very close to the apartment that can meet all your daily needs, including a hearty breakfast.
