Positive Everything. Spacious room with full bathtub/shower, plenty of hot water, kitchenette with everything you’ll need, comfortable bed. Great friendly staff, quiet neighborhood. Laundry room has washers and dryers that can be used for free. Loved staying here.

Positive Very comfortable rooms, clean, fully appointed. It was a quiet stay, located in a quieter area of shinjuku and we were able to all into Central Park, as well as the busy areas. The host was excellent, giving us 2 umbrellas to keep due to rain (not lend - keep), and all the recommendations were spot on.

Positive Property was very close to Hatsudai train station and walking distance to Shinjuku station and Shinjuku main commercial district. From Hatsudai station, we routinely took the escalator to get to the Opera City Tower with numerous restaurants, convenience stores, shopping. The property was also conveniently located near the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Build
