Positive Since I booked at the last minute I had to take a smoking room. But it was OK. They did their best. In Canada all rooms are non smoking.

Positive Friendly staff, coffee daily after 4pm I think, onsen at certain times, extra hangers on each floor if needed. Microwave and washing facilities also available.
