    Positive Some of the friendliest staff I’ve met in Japan — so patient, kind, and always smiling. I used this as a regular hotel, and as a non-Japanese speaker, the staff couldn’t have been kinder. I just needed a bit more space to sort my luggages, and for that, this was way better value than the tiny business hotel rooms around. Just keep in mind it’s a love hotel,
