    Positive Ultra modern hotel with comfortable room and bed with all the amenities including pajamas

    Positive The staff was very helpful and kind. The location and view were excellent. When we visited, it was snowing. The parking is underground. This is a very important thing for Niigata. Because whether you're getting in or out of the car, loading or unloading luggage, you won't get wet from the snow. Additionally, there was a sake lounge where you could sample sli

    Positive This is probably the best hotel in Niigata. It has excellent views from all rooms and rooms are relatively wide. Breakfast is also very good and staffs were nice.
