Positive Good room service. Good customer care and support. We had the large room with 2 beds, very spacious, it was great for our final packing of our suite cases before going to airport. Bidet was clean. We thought the light bulb was out so we called front desk, the maintenance man came right away and checked, said it was supposed to be like that, it’s when all the

Positive The hotel is very close to the train station, very convenient. The breakfast was so nice and delicious! (Niigata rice with traditional Japanese dishes were so good) The hotel is more like a business hotel, overall everything is quite standard, but we had a very nice stay.
